Photo clean-up for iPhone
Swipr turns a cluttered camera roll into a few calm minutes a day. Nothing is removed until you empty Trash, and your photos never leave your iPhone.
How it works
No grids to scan, no checkboxes to tick. Swipr shows you one photo and asks one question.
The photo stays exactly where it is, and the next one slides in.
It moves to Swipr's Trash, not out of your life. Changed your mind? Undo is one tap away.
Review what you swiped away, then delete it in one go. Swipr reminds you after the number of days you choose.
On-device AI
Type what you remember, not when you took it. Swipr's AI looks at every photo and video and finds the ones that match, right on your iPhone. No photo is ever uploaded.
More than swiping
Say "Clean up photos in Swipr" or "Search photos in Swipr", and find your albums from Spotlight.
Near-identical shots are grouped together, so you keep the best one and let the rest go.
Sort photos into albums as you go, or let smart albums gather them for you.
Set a daily goal, keep a streak, and see how much space you've freed. Five minutes is plenty.
Privacy
Swipr is free with a few ads at natural pauses. Swipr Pro removes them with a single in-app purchase. No subscription.
Questions
Swipr is a photo clean-up app for iPhone and iPad. It shows your photos one at a time: swipe right to keep a photo, swipe left to move it to Trash. Its on-device AI can also find photos by what they show, the text in them, or what looks similar, and group duplicates.
No. Swipr never uploads your photos. Sorting, AI search, text recognition and duplicate detection all run on your iPhone or iPad. The only download is the optional AI search model, and that request contains no photos or personal data.
No. A left swipe moves the photo to Swipr's Trash, and you can undo it. Photos are only deleted when you empty Trash, and iOS then keeps them in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days.
When you turn on Pictures search, Swipr downloads Google's open EmbeddingGemma 2 model once (388 MB) and builds a search index on your device, by default only while it is charging. You then type or speak a description such as "dog on the beach" and Swipr shows the photos that match. Text in photos uses Apple's built-in text recognition and needs no download.
Only once, to download the model. After that, indexing and searching work offline, on the device.
